ASAP's Mission
Athletes' Sports and Performance Training is dedicated to the enhancement of athletic ability. Whether you or your athletes need to be first to the ball, more explosive off the line, or faster on the breakaway, ASAP will teach you the tools and skills you need to achieve greater athletic success.
Why ASAP?
I know that you have choices when it comes to choosing a trainer. Just about everyone 'knows a guy' who offers sport-specific training. I know quite a few personally. Some of them are good; many are stuck in the rut of constantly regurgitating the same program.
ASAP differs in two important ways.
First, ASAP's mission is to improve athletic performance. Period. This mission is distinctly different than that of offering 'sport-specific training.' Sport-specific training implies that the program will make you a better baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, or tennis player.
If you're a competitive athlete at any level, you're already darned good at your sport, and your game skills are already top notch. Improving athletic performance, however, addresses all aspects of ability. Quickness, acceleration, speed, agility, power, balance, and stability are all components of athleticism. Imbalances between those abilities impede overall performance.
Second, ASAP's evaluation process is relevant. Typical athletic performance evaluations for athletes in all sports typically focuses on how much, how fast, and how high. I'll be the first to tell you, how much you lift, how high you jump, and how fast you run doesn't define your athleticism. There's something far more important. (and yes, you're going to have to come see me to learn what it is!)
If you want to learn to be a better athlete, there's the usual way, or there's a better way: ASAP.

Physical Performance Evaluation
The basis of creating any program is assessing the ability of the individual athlete. All athletes complete a series of movement skill tests prior to program design. Testing evaluates stability, strength, speed, endurance, agility, and power. See rates and fees below.
