Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete, our mission is to provide you with information and techniques you can use to efficiently realize your goals. Services and Fees

The following services and fees are available to Baxter employees:

Fitness Consult: All prospective clients are provided with a Health & Fitness Questionnaire prior to meeting. The purpose of the Consult is to discuss the responses to the questionnaire, provide basic education, and to set preliminary goals. The session lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is in meeting format (no exercise clothing is necessary) and carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Individual Personal Training: My emphasis in training is to educate. Achieving a goal takes information, commitment, and application. Stated simply, you need to know how to do what you want to do, make a decision to use the information, then act. Whether you have a bad back or just want to change your body, we use your sessions to get you where you want to go.

BootCamp / Group Training Class: If you prefer to exercise with a group, but still want to get your heart pumping, the 45-minute GTC is for you! You'll strengthen your core, improve your overall strength & stability, and inrcease your aerobic capacity, before cooling down with some basic stretching. Classes are Tuesday & Thursday from 11:45-12:30 and 5:15-6PM
